I’m used to traffic from motorcades and it comes with bing here in DC.

But this is indeed pure Stupidity.

Rush Hour road closure on GW parkway and The Entire 495 IL!!!!!!!!!!! Wtf?  Also to add it is a stormy day. But to shut down 495 for a fundraiser during rush hour is the height of stupidity.
