[/quote] True, but that's a difference of less than 2k per year in property tax on a 1 million dollar property But that would be offset by the savings in local income tax ([url]https://www.marylandtaxes.gov/individual/income/tax-info/tax-rates.php[/url]), which is 8 percent higher in MoCo (.0320 vs .0296) I know my take home pay increased when I moved from MoCo to FredCo. Probably need around 250k in HHI to offset the property tax increase on a 1 million dollar home[/quote]
