That’s highly unusual. And New York City is very strict about not allowing red shirting. Where is in the vast majority of the country, the cut off is sometime in September and a lot of people redshirt even Gina July and even April and May birthdays now, particularly for boys. So in most parts of the country, I November boy would be very young compared to his peers. Your campus more in line age wise with his peers[/quote]
