I have lost 30 pounds eating low carb after I found out I was on high end of pre-diabetic so eating low carb will be a permanent change for me. My diabetic parents BOTH had trouble with and had to stop taking Ozempic so it is not recommended for me. My MIL keeps asking DH if I am on Ozempic or the like and when he told her no, she said, "Oh just tell me, I won't tell anyone." I am sure she will be even more insistent if I continue to lose.
