The mayor, city council, school board and ACPS and [b]voters [/b]don't want to take the steps that are necessary to put an end to the gangs (they won't even say the word as though "crews" changes anything) and the violence. Doing that doesn't align with their political beliefs and that is what is important. [/quote]
