This is a mentally ill lie. There are THOUSANDS of such procedures documented by insurance each year and many more that aren’t documented because they’re out of pocket. You don’t help progressive causes when you tell easily disprovable lies like these. If what is going on is good, then you shouldn’t need to lie about it.[/quote]

Transgender men are more likely to have undergone surgery, probably b/c the presence of breasts is more obvious than the status downstairs.
