Eat small high protein meals for the rest of the day and keep as much as possible for the event. I normally try to budget 800-1000 calories for any dinner or party outside of the house. It helps avoid conversations about why you are not eating or drinking anything and you can enjoy yourself despite dieting. [/quote]
