But, logically, you can't enforce a lifetime of chastity belts for rapists because once you put them out on the street they have done their time and are free. Even those who are on the Sex offender registry. I just checked my neighborhood and two are working as street cleaning crews. Also, P&P are completely overwhelmed. Where are you going to find a bunch of staff to check that men aren't raping women?[/quote]
