Romantic Comedy by Curtis Sittenfeld. Just started but really enjoying it and feeling like just what I want to read right now.
Oh I want to hear more about this book. Have you read her short stories - You Think it I'll Say it? They were patchy but some of them, really were amazing.
I read Romantic Comedy a couple weeks ago and enjoyed it! It’s pretty light (which is what I was in the mood for) but well written. Recommend!
Ok, finished it and agree with all those things- enjoyable and light and well written. PP I have not read that collection but would like to, thanks for the reminder. This book is a lot like her previous book Eligible in tone. Next up for May is Jane Harper’s Exiles.
Agreed, I liked Romantic Comedy! It’s a good book for when you want something light but with insight. It’s like a romcom for people who don’t like romcoms. I enjoyed all the details about the production of SNL/ “TNO”.
