My point was that this new cluster of homes couldn't by itself have a private pool or clubhouse. I'm sure the civic association would have been thrilled if Toll Brothers offered to build a pool specifically for the civic association, or even an Arlington Parks & Rec owned and operated pool. Can't imagine that would have been profitable for Toll Brothers though to give up that much space to build a facility like that, giving up the space of at least half a dozen homesites.[/quote]
