In Arlington Lyon Park and Lyon Village both have clubhouses and parks that were built by the developer.

Arlington Forest built a tennis and pool club for the neighborhood. Also built a charming little village with shops and cafes, now a nice Outback, pizza joint etc.

Run by the civic associations. The Groves will be part of a civic association that maintains and owns a park. They couldn’t have installed a pool or clubhouse just for these three dozen houses and not the other 600 homes. That’s not how Arlington works.

Lyon Park’s park and clubhouse is owned by the civic assn but the park is open to all during the day. Clubhouse is open for rentals, and discounts are given to those who live in Lyon Park or Ashton Hts [/quote]
