Not everyone gets to do a career they're interested in. Sometimes you just need to pay the bills, so you work to live, rather than live to work. You don't have enough (any) experience in anything to consult. Why would I take advice from you? You don't know anything yet. [/quote]

Not OP but I don’t think you know anything about how management consulting works. OP missed the boat on getting into that for now due to their GPA & not getting recruited for it while in college, but lots of kids do it straight out of college will no real world experience besides an internship at that particular consulting firm. Yup.  I was hired into a management consulting firm with 4 years of actual work experience and I wanted to constantly wanted to strangle the smug, know nothing blowhards I worked  with.  It’s a terrible job if you actually know any industry. [/quote]
