Yeah it must be zero because there were no seats at all in the first place for PreK3 and Prek4 non spanish immersion. They still had to have it because the upper grades still have non spanish immersion. The DL English Dominant has a short waitlist in 3rd and 5th and the Spanish dominant has a short waitlist in PK3, PK4, K, 1st.[/quote]
