Some people who don't travel are very curious about the broader world but don't want to be there; reading is sufficient. Others are highly engaged in their local community. And, yes, some are small minded. But so are some who travel. Anyone who's traveled internationally has bumped into obnoxious American tourists who complain that things are different from home.[/quote]
