These ‘exams’ are nothing more than the Maryland State Superintendent trying to get Biden’s attention (and change the direction of his commute from route 50 Annapolis to Route 50 DC.  There is no rigor left in MCPS.  All political posturing from our Oxbridge wanna be. Watch though - he will get it.  This dude will be next Secretary of Education.This is the demographic Dems have a hard on for..:
