Kids under 15 shouldn’t be working period

This is a slippery slope. Soon families won’t be able to get assistance such as section 8 or SNAP unless they prove their able-bodied preteen is working too. They shouldn’t be working, they should be in school.

There is a reason that public middle schools & high schools are so much more universally rigorous in many countries besides the U.S.: there, there is no expectation or need for TEENAGERS to work. They devote their time to studying. And they have the time for it.[/quote]

The GOP wants to take us back to the turn of the century...the 20th century.  Keep all those POCs and gays in line.  Get those poor kids working.  Give me the right to any piece of land I want so I can get me some fossil fuels!  Profit for a few above the welfare of everyone else.
