That area could use more vibrantization.[/quote] I don’t know what a PUD plan is, but GDS owns the Wmata chiller plant propery on Ellicott right next to the school and l listened to the ANC meeting when the ANC kept telling GDS they should build deeply affordable housing on it. ANC also wanted GDS to spend their ill- gotten over enrollment extra revenue on a neighborhood “amenity” - never mind that it costs more to educate more kids. GDS screwed up but the ANC is unrealistic and would scare me away from moving a business into my own neighborhood. It sucks [/quote]
