Exactly. I wish more people were like OP. If city officials won't fight for us, then we have to fight for ourselves. The more these delinquents are blocked, the more of them will stop trying. Unfortunately, I don't have the guts OP does. And I tell my kids  the same thing PP and most posters do, the phone and wallet aren't worth it. But for my daughter, the moment one hand is laid on you and there is even a chance they are trying to take you with them, you kick, scream, fight. There is absolutely no other option. Getting shot is better than getting taken.[/quote]
