Wait each person is expected or it is distributed through the daycare kids? For example, we have a small church preschool education center (yes accredited) and there is a signup. Im actually a little annoyed at how few have signed up. I budgeted 75 for this week and 100 for EOY teachers and 50 EOY summers and 100 for Christmas last year. I also signed up to work a shift for something that week.

Do what you can but this should not be a surprise. Its appreciation week, Xmas, and End of Year. 325 for a whole year. And I know I am on the high end. Maybe parents do other stuff independently but I try to give when its centralized and distributed amongst the whole staff. [/quote]
