My room parent asked me to fill out a questionnaire about things I like-so I did. It was by no means a list of demands from me to the parents.  Perhaps someone at the school asked teachers to fill out a form?  If you don't want to participate in gift giving, just send a nice thank you note.  Teachers of all people certainly understand that budgets get tight sometimes...[/quote]
