No need to supplement now, and in the future if we come to a point that we need to, we will. MAP tests are serious in elementary and it’s adaptive to each child BTW so keeps asking harder questions until you get it wrong. It’s a hell of a lot better than PARCC. It’s sad how you can’t even acknowledge the accomplishment of a child who is doing well with no supplementation. It can be done and that is my point. Why don’t you tell us what foreign language you or your kid spoke in elementary and how did you compare on national standards? What “serious” tests was it?[/quote]
