LCPS is considering this- I have no words. I am not ready for this at all.
You have a unisex bathroom in your home. What’s the big deal. Also I am pretty sure they already exist. Just one person at a time in them.
This is the second ignoramus to spew the same ignorant comment. I worry for this world. The fact that I have to articulate exactly why it's a stupid comment makes me sad. You don't have thousands of strangers using your bathrooms at home do you?
I seriously can't figure out what upsets you about the single use bathroom. Anyone male, female, non-binary, trans can use the bathroom. Currently at my daughter's middle school people are vaping and fighting in the bathrooms. THAT doesn't concern you? Do you feel that people should go to the bathroom in public together? I prefer to have a separate bathroom just because I don't want to crap next to someone else who is crapping. What's your beef?
That people are conflating different items. The proposal is not about single occupancy bathrooms. Rather multiple person bathrooms for boys and girls, with the stalls enhanced in some way.
Perhaps it is that I am not from this country, but that is how the bathrooms in most public spaces where I grew up. We have no issues with that. Do people think that kids will be going into the bathroom stall together? I still don't get what the fuss is about but again, it seems this is a mostly American concern.
Where is that? I've lived in Europe and the Far East. They were separate in public spaces--unless it was a very small business.
"Europe and Far East" - that is a LOT of countries. My experience is public bathrooms in France are very different than southern Italy - but perhaps as you've lived in "EUROPE" you can tell us more.
