But I think I got lazy and in the last year it’s been harder to keep of. Some clothes are tighter and scale is higher than I’d like. But I’m also in the best shape physically and have gained muscle so it’s a weird spot. I am hoping small changes will help. And cutting down on alcohol. :lol: [/quote]
