[/quote] You don't sound very well educated. Books and plays have been written about this subject for years, because mob mentality is part of human nature. It doesn't need pitchforks and flaming straw to be mob mentality, either. Gossip is bullying behavior that has actual consequences for the victims. The gossips are nothing more than weak mob leaders, cowards who can't actually get out there with a pitch fork but wish they could. This has been going on for as long as there has been human society.
