For me the key was weight lifting - I do it 5 times a week through the peloton app. Do a combination of HIIT or walking 7 days a week- but I make a point to be active all 7 days. On the rest days it’s walking or moderate cardio. I also don’t drink so don’t have any calorie intake on that front. However, everyone is different and there is no one size fits all. [/quote]
