I've seen plenty of cracked plaster and the occasional sagging ceiling or floor, but nothing this bad. Presumably buyers are going to insist on their own structural evaluation since the compromise is so evident and significant. If it's a straightforward but expensive repair, I could see buyers still moving quickly. If it's not, this could be like one of the neighborhood gut reno sales, which take much longer and can go way under asking.[/quote]
