My kid could buy the lottery ticket but may just skip that and ED to one of the schools mentioned on this thread as a backup if you don’t get into the others. While not as highly ranked, we visited and DS really likes it and it has some characteristics that some of the higher reaches on this list don’t share, as well as being closer to home without as much snow as a lot of the top options.
