I have induction, but I do think that people can swap out their gas gradually- during a renovation, etc. It should not be rip it out for the sake of ripping it out! Our last house had asbestos tile (covered and in good shape--we were told not to mess with that). If we want to worry about health, our attentions would be much better spent trying to figure out which seed oils or high fructose corn syrups are damaging us.
