Lettuce, avocado, etc Healthy Cereals & milk I like heritage flakes Eggs - very easy & quick to make Make a big batch of chicken, slice it up and use it for the week in salads, tortillas, in pasta etc. Even making sub-par food at home is an improvement over fast-food/fast casual.
