Everyone is always surprised that I "only" wear a size 8 shoe. But yeah, staying thin is important at that height for your joints. I was up to almost 150 lb for a bit in my 20s, and I blame that for the bad joints that I have now. (although who knows if that is the case). Osteoporosis is also more of a concern for tall women. Take those calcium pills![/quote]
