It's important regarding the health/exercise/diet stuff because I have a heart condition and I have to actively manage it. Her incorrect comment makes it appear as if I'm not taking steps to manage it and ignored advice from my previous PCP. I do have anxiety and this shit drives it up.[/quote] You need to have your anxiety treated and stop focusing on this. I mean this kindly.
