[/quote] The question is actually how do YOU do it with young kids. What do YOU need to get more sleep? What do YOU need to destress? When I had young kids I didn't have stress - that's just me - but I had definite sleep interruptions with breastfeeding and getting kids up to use the bathroom, etc. Do you need a nap in the afternoon, or time to go exercise? Do you need help cooking dinner? Figure out what will destress you - and then figure out how you can make that happen. Does your DH need to do more? Do you need to hire help? Getting more sleep is also a huge deal, but again, you have to figure this out - can you go to bed earlier? can you get up later? Can your DH and you split the evening/morning routines better so one of you can go to bed early and get up early, and vice versa.[/quote]
