Straw man. I did not say stupid.  I said Republicans were good at marketing. And misinformed or lied to does not equal being stupid.

Combine that with some social conservatism, and Republicans have a winning recipe. I don't think Cuban Americans are stupid, but I am beginning to suspect you are (or a purposeful disingenuous troll) if you don't know the difference between low information and stupid. Fow now, I will assume you are just low information and give you some, you know, information.

Low information=ignorant of facts NOT stupid.

If they try to argue that Bernies Sander's idea of socialism is the same as Castro's or Maduro's, I would conclude that they are low information and fell for Republican marketing. I would say they are still very much influenced by cold war narratives of how dictatorships happen under democratic leadership.

I would not try to argue against whatever social values may influence their vote.
