E.g. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1550413118302535 That said, I generally agree that if it doesn't work for you, there's no need to force it - it's not some magic bullet. I personally find it more sustainable than calorie restriction, but I was never a big breakfast eater anyway, so it's pretty easy for me.[/quote]
