I'm tall and on the thinner side. When I hurt my knee, my orthopedic doctor was kind but VERY firm with his advice that I was doing the wrong kind of exercises for my age and build. He also strongly recommended not doing lunges with weights or lifting barbells over my head (possible neck problems). [/quote]
