We had something similar at the Blair magnet back in the day, and I can tell you the non-magnet kids who dared to join our classes were not treated so well by the magnet kids. [/quote] I just asked my IB magnet kid the question, and DC stated that they are not treated badly as far as they know. There are a few that DC knows who are not in IB but take some of the classes. Obviously YMMV and every year is different.[/quote]
