I pass by this location everyday and this is a neighborhood that I would feel safe to shop or dine.  I have the same funny feeling at first when I heard these grown men were stealing fruits and tossing donuts then casually walked over to McDonald's after beating up the person who tried to stop them.  Like they didn't think what they did was a crime.  [/quote]
Since they are from DC it is understandable that they would be so casual because such behavior has no consequences there.[/quote]
