Meanwhile, DCI is one of a handful of public IB FOR ALL schools in the world. They give all students, regardless of background, language ability, or disability, an IB education. Had you been to the exterior any major city in India you'd have driven (in your chauffeured car) past Maybachs splashing feces onto local kids bathing in whatever water they could find. The schools of which you speak are not open to all students. They are open to families in the caste system at that level.
