If we didn't agree to accept that, they would have only charged us until they rerented the apartment. In our lease, there's no early termination clause, so they are supposed to go with what the law says, and it says you can't rent an apartment to two people. We didn't sign any agreement besides agreeing to this on the BBB website. We could probably get away with paying nothing since they have found tenets. [/quote]
