[/quote] I don't think most of you have set foot in an FCPS cafeteria in the past 5-10 years. They still have pizza on Friday AND they have the salad bar. It's not an either/or situation. At my kids' school, the salad bar is part of the hot lunch. They go through and get veggies, then they get their hot lunch. No one is forced to do anything, the veggies are very popular, from what I've heard. My kids love the salad bar. [/quote]
