My boys play with boys. I have never hosted a girl for a play date for my boys since kindergarten. In kindergarten, I liked a mom and we did a play date. We are still friends but our kids were never friends. In kindergarten, she invited my son to her daughter’s party and I invited her daughter to my son’s birthday party. Since then, we usually hang out just the moms or invite one another to family parties.[/quote]
