Guys, the show is not supposed to be realistic. You’re not supposed to be watching Emily-living-in-a-shoebox in Paris, unable to afford couture and dealing with bureaucratic paperwork. This show is literally the Lizzie McGuire of adult tv. There was also a lot that unrealistic about a show like “new Girl” with Zooey deschanel. I watch Emily in Paris for the light hearted escapism. It’s witty as hell, the French commentary on americans is hilarious, and Gabriel is hot. [/quote]
