- go upstairs and then he does his hair and sunscreen then teeth 
-i sometimes shower most days not until afternoon. Most days I just do sunscreen. 
- he gets 30-40 minutes of TV. Sometimes we do quiet play or coloring. I make coffee and we cuddle in bed until 835 when I brush my teeth and he gets a 5 min warning. 
- 840 we assemble everything and out the door. 
-dropped off by 9am 
-i do any morning errands and start work before 930
- I workout during lunch 
- dad picks up at 230 when his work day is over
-they do errands, park, playgrounds, dog walk, biking/scooter, some playdates, etc
- dinner at 500-530 
-bath or shower daily or every other night depending on activity level
- upstairs at 630 
-books or quiet play until 7
Bed 
Rinse repeat every day
