I have practiced and I clerked for an appellate court. I have a valid law license. I am not talking about mediating Coke vs. Pepsi type litigation. It's a retirement job. It can be small potatoes stuff.[/quote]
You literally said you have a law degree you have not used, so I’m not exactly sure how you practiced. A clerkship from decades ago means nothing if you haven’t used your law degree since then. I’ve used mediators before and they are only worth the time and expense when they have experience, if not expertise, in the legal area at issue. [/quote]
