Except that MCPS actively tries to not get MCPD involved.  Look back at the news articles about the Damascus rape case and the Rockville rape case.  Or talk to families in those clusters.  MCPS did not want to involve the police, and held off doing so.  [/quote]

Exactly.   They shoved police out of schools.   School safety is 100% MCPS' responsibility now.   100%.    All of this is on them.  And because of that, they will sweep incidents under the rug as much as possible. [/quote]
