I used to live in Clarendon back before it was so developed, and occasionally some Gtwon students who lived in a group house would have all-night parties complete with frat chants so loud I could hear them in my bedroom half a block away -- with the windows shut and a fan running. Needless to say, I would call the cops at about 11pm when this happened, even if it was a weekend night. Bratty kids don't get to party at the expense of taxpayers' sleep![/quote]
