Children with very high scores are getting low GBRS while others from private school are getting very high GBRS. I don't understand why the principal and the AART in a county school are involved in the GBRS - how much interaction do they have with a second grader? I suppose it is to counterbalance any teacher who is skewed, but I think it can work the other way as well. [/quote]
