The people who are European and living in Europe have these things. The Americans there as expats for a few years won’t. [/quote] Free healthcare and education are not rationed by nationality. If you live in the UK you get them. The NHS doesn’t even have a mechanism for billing you! And university is no longer free but if you meet the residency requirements you get the same rate as everyone who lives in the UK.[/quote]
