Are you measuring how much you are drinking?[/quote] Water retention is a huge issue with PCOS, insulin resistance, etc. Id definitely track how much water you are drinking, limit caffeine and soda but dont do anything crazy like 100oz unless you are super active and/or using some type of electrolyte/salt solution daily. Clear is not the goal. Pale yellow/straw is the goal. If its barely colored water every time you pee then you need to decrease intake and add in an electrolyte solution/salt. Is it all day or certain times of day?[/quote]
