How would any lay person even have that information?
And why does it matter? Kids get sick. After two years of mandated masks, this year, kids will be sick more often. MCPS is large. At any given time, lots of MCPS kids will be sick.
Then, clearly masking helps. This is not normal to have this many kids sick at once.
Are you serious? Do you understand how immunity works? Kids need to be exposed to germs to develop their immune systems. If you keep masking, it will only exacerbate the problem. I can't believe how idiotic your thought process is.
This. Sure, colds and sickness are inconvenient. But they are essential in order for kids to develop robust immune system. Forcing kids to mask (to avoid the usual childhood illnesses) does then a huge disservice in the long term.
Except not all kids develop a robust immune system and some of it is genetics. You also forget the impact when kids bring it home to the parents.
